Mission:

 

Founded in 2017 the PATH Academy's primary mission is to provide a mentoring and resource path for young adults in the central New Jersey area. Our six pillars are Educational Readiness, Financial Readiness, Ethics & Habits, Family Development and Health & Community Outreach. Our primary outreach group is young adults that are making the transition from childhood to adulthood and need guidance.

Since 2017 NJPAC ( PATH Academy) has helped mentor more than 100 young people directly through our program and served hundreds through various events. Through our various sports-driven programs we have attracted participants from all ages throughout central New Jersey to not only compete but also build together through our core pillar curriculum.

 

Participation Approach:

 

Our success has centered around creating athletic events open to the community at local area facilities. Our program has successfully reached participants ranging from the ages of 8-52 using our pillar curriculum. Leveraging athletics allows us to engage our demographic in a fun environment where we can build personal relationships. We use a combination of advertising and word of mouth to reach a multitude of networks and other community organizations looking to build.
